Delivery and Installation Service
The delivery and installation service charges will vary depending on the purchase amount*. The service charge will be waived when a single purchase amount upon HKD8,000 or above. Please see the following table:

|1 Delivery and installation service are unavailable for area requiring special road permit to enter, outlying island or outside Hong Kong.|
|2 Installation service only include furniture / floor lamp / table lamp assembly. Wall-mounting of Cabinet or Lighting Fixture is not included.|
|3 Macau Delivery Arrangement: Should deliveries be made to a ferry terminal, customer must arrange their own drop off / pick up logistics.|
|4 There will be no refund of delivery charge on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, we will require additional delivery charges.|
|5 For buildings without lift or can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge: Sofa $150 per piece per floor/ Others $75 per floor per carton. Additional charge applies to the lifting of items for each ten steps (no matter up or down) before the entrance.|
Delivery and Installation arrangement
- We will contact you for delivery arrangement at the day after you order placed. All in-stock items will be delivered to you within 14 working days.
- We will call or text you via SMS / WhatsApp about the delivery arrangement.
- Please inspect the item carefully when these are delivered.
- Please sign back the delivery note to confirm all items in good condition. If there is any question found, please notify the delivery workers immediately.
- In case you want to re-schedule the delivery, please inform us at least 6 working days before the delivery, otherwise additional charges may be incurred.
- The order cannot be combined with any other purchases from store or online, once the online order is confirmed.
- Please inform us if there is no elevator to your address. There will be additional charges to be paid directly to the delivery workers. The charge is $150 per piece of sofa for each floor and $75 for others.
- Installation service only apply for Habitat’s product.
- Installation service is not applicable for pendant installation or any wall-mounting activity.
- Habitat Hong Kong will not be responsible for all damages caused during the delivery and installation.
- The deliveries may be delayed or suspended, due to bad weather conditions, serious flooding, blocked or closed roads. We will contact the affected customer as soon as possible via SMS / phone for rescheduling of delivery and such delivery will be made within 3 working days thereafter.
Habitat (Hong Kong) reserves the right to amend any of the terms of delivery and installation service. In case of dispute, the decision of Habitat (Hong Kong) shall be final.
Sale terms and conditions

Sales terms & Exchange policy
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- Merchandise can be exchanged once only for defective items being returned to our shop with original packing and receipt.
- The defective items must be returned within 7 days starting from purchase date or delivery date. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the date of the limit.
- There may be discrepancies in color or wood grain between the products’ image / display item and actual product. Deviation of color, wood grain or presence of wood’s medullary ray are not a valid reason under the exchange and return policy.
- No exchange for all promotional or display items.
- All delivery service charges are non-refundable.
- Please keep your original receipt for all after sales services.
Habitat Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of any dispute
